Giulio Mannelli Farm manages the entire production of oil by personally checking all preparation by from fertilization (strictly organic) to pruning and all the processes that take place exclusively within the mill. An advanced system that allows a line of milling by a continuous cycle with cold extraction and constant monitoring of temperatures at all stages, by optimizing the processing time to the benefit of the final quality of oil.
