The art of cooking

The knowledge of a territory starts from the tasting of its typical dishes and even better it is possible to prepare them by participating in our cooking classes. The chef will guide the participants in learning traditional cooking techniques and creating exquisite recipes, to be realized at home to evoke the flavors and aromas of Umbria. Even for children it is possible to learn the art of cooking by participating in a class specially created for them, thus experiencing the first rudiments of cooking. They approach a new world and discover the great passion resulting from the realization of what is prepared and then tasted. We will give you the tools of the trade (apron, ingredients to use, ladles, etc.) and you will learn excellent ideas to take home for a quick dinner with friends, a party, a romantic dinner, etc … At the end of the course you will be able to cook using precious culinary secrets and you will receive a certificate of attendance and the recipe book of the dishes prepared. The course includes dinner with tasting of the dishes prepared.
