From cold pressing comes our extra virgin olive oil, pure, fragrant and of exceptional quality, to be enjoyed each day at our table or purchased to take a piece of Umbria home with you.
The same care we devote to welcoming our guests can be found in our products: olive pâté, sweet EVO-based spreads (hazelnut, pistachio, cocoa), wines, honey, and a complete line of natural olive oil cosmetics, also featured in our in-room courtesy set.
