We are in Bettona, in the green heart of Umbria, where every dish is naturally rooted in a deep connection to the land. Flavours are genuine, ingredients are carefully selected, and many come directly from our own farm and on-site olive mill.
Extra virgin olive oil, free-range pork cured meats, honey, seasonal vegetables and fruit come together to create a cuisine that honours tradition while still knowing how to surprise.

The extra virgin olive oil, cold-pressed in our own mill, is drizzled directly over the dishes, bringing out their flavours and aromas.
Try the “Gran Porcello” starter, featuring our cured meats served on olive wood platters, our country-style soups, fresh homemade pasta and meats from prized breeds such as Chianina, served on a soapstone slab.
