Extra virgin olive oil
The essence of our region
Known and appreciated since ancient times, extra virgin olive oil is undoubtedly key to the Mediterranean diet. Rich in beneficial properties, it's considered a top-notch fat for human consumption.
Its special quality lies in its production: extra virgin olive oil is the only oil obtained simply by pressing olives, without any chemical or industrial processing.
Our oil is produced from the 9,000 olive trees on the Poggio, and is a pure, natural olive oil that retains all the valuable nutrients of the raw material. Enjoy it during your stay or purchase it alongside the farm’s other products.

Olive pâté
Intense, full-bodied, authentic
We make an artisanal pâté from our olives, with a bold and lingering flavour, available in green or black varieties. Perfect for spreading on toasted bread as a starter, it's also great as a sauce for pasta or rice dishes. A simple product, yet full of character, bringing all the authentic flavours of our land to the table.
Honey
A natural energy boost
Like oil and wine, honey is a living product that reflects the land it comes from.
Our raw honey retains all its natural properties: antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and restorative. It is rich in vitamins B and C and, as it consists of simple sugars already broken down by the bees, it is easy to digest. Perfect for breakfast, as a natural sweetener or simply enjoyed on its own, spoonful after spoonful.
