Panoramic Jeep tour inside the Relais Park between the green hills and olive groves that surround the farmhouse to discover the nature and Poggio animals.

 We will go together to see the hives of our hard-working bees and to get to know Ugo, our gracious Pony, the goats, the surrounding pigs, the ducks, the peacocks and the pigeons crossing the paths that wind through the woods enjoying the magnificent views of the valley with a stop for a nice snack.

Upon return, a tasting of the various types of oil produced by our oil mill with bruschette will also be offered.

“TRUFFLE HUNT”

Staying at Poggio degli Olivi from 1 June to 30 August 2021 (excluding bridges and holidays) you can experience the truffle hunting experience with Angelo the truffle hunter and the help of a precious truffle dog!)

Truffle experience:

– Appointment at the Poggio with the truffle and his trusty dog;

– Truffle hunting in the Poggio hills breathing the air of a wonderful wood (confortable shoes are recommended). Laila, specially trained for hunting truffles thanks to her great snout, will try and find the best truffles; after due has found the truffles, our staff will handle them, showing you how a truffle works. The fresh truffle found will be brought to Chef Tommaso , who, with great skill, will exalt all of his extraordinary qualities by preparing delicious dishes;

– Full lunch at our “La Veranda” restaurant with 4 courses and truffle dishes collected during hunting, with umbrian wines;

– Truffle recipes: from the chef’s hands a few truffle recipes for your cuisine!
